In cosmetics, we generally use demineralized or slightly acidic water (with a pH of approximately 5), from which all inorganic minerals and impurities are removed. At ANAYA, we use only water obtained from a special device called an \u201cionizer\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n

The water is first purified through mineral-carbon filters and then ionized<\/a> into an alkaline component (pH 7,5) and an acidic component.<\/span> The obtained <\/span>alkaline water<\/a> contains an extremely low oxidation-reduction potential and is an exceptional antioxidant in itself<\/b>.<\/span> Such an environment, in combination with effective microorganisms EM\u00ae<\/span><\/a>, is ideal for applying active ingredients onto the skin.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Yes. Our skin communicates with practically everything it is exposed to, including products we apply on a daily basis. The various forms of effective microorganisms\u00a0EM\u00ae<\/span><\/a> work as described in our answer to question #3.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>11. Is there a skin type for which effective microorganisms EM\u00ae <\/sup> don\u2019t work?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

We haven\u2019t experienced such a case thus far. The intensity of effective microorganisms\u00a0EM\u00ae<\/span><\/a>‘s beneficial activity largely depends on the condition of the skin (i.e. improper skin care) and potentially aggressive previous treatments with products containing corticosteroids.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>12. How long do I have to use an ANAYA product to see results?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Positive results<\/span><\/a> can occur extremely quickly — in our experience, after only a few applications — depending on the condition of the skin and the duration of the problem or discomfort.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>13. Can my skin\u2019s condition get worse after I stop using products with effective microorganisms EM\u00ae <\/sup> ?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

ANAYA products<\/a> are not only meant as a \u201cquick fix\u201d for skin issues, but also to provide regular skin care for maximum customer satisfaction<\/a>. All of our products are natural with all organically sourced herbs<\/a> in forms and concentrations appropriate for unlimited use. Creams and oils are to be applied in the morning and evening or anytime during the day as needed.<\/b> One cream<\/a>, a combination of two creams<\/a> or a combination of oil and a cream<\/a> may be used (applied one on top of the other).
