Payment

We accept the following payment methods:
1. Via pro forma (by wire transfer or electronic banking to our bank account)
After placing your order, you will receive all of the necessary payment information to your email address. Your order will be dispatched within five business days after the payment has been processed.
2. Cash on Delivery (VALID ONLY IN SLOVENIA)
Upon delivery to the provided address, you can pay the courier for the ordered goods in cash. Please note that Pošta Slovenije charges additional fees for this service.
3. Credit Card
The system will automatically redirect you to the website where you will make the payment.

Shipping

Within the Republic of SLOVENIA:
Your order will be delivered by Pošta Slovenije within approximately three business days.
Standard shipping is €3.80. On orders over €50, shipping is free of charge. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, a printed invoice will be included in your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be sent via Pošta Slovenije.
Shipping and handling costs will be charged as a flat rate depending on the country and weight of the package:

Under 2kg
EU countries: 9.50 EUR
Other European countries (non-EU): 12.50 EUR
Rest of the world: 17.00 EUR

Over 2kg
Shipping is calculated individually depending on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.
