Anaya Beginnings

ANAYA Smart Cosmetics brand was founded in 2007. A Slovenian innovation, ANAYA skincare brand is the result of our know-how combined with extensive experience in the field of cosmetic product formulation.

ANAYA was founded by Veronika Klinar. Originally a chemical technology engineer, Klinar further complemented her core education with pharmaceutical studies. Years of beauty salon experience provided her with invaluable expertise in skin care and treatment.

Veronika was a truly remarkable inventor – she started producing creams and oils from her own formulations. Collaborating with top Slovenian athletes provided her with a different, more focused vision and a desire to give people unique, effective and long-lasting products. We are proud to continue her work today.

Anaya Today

In 2016, Dr. Tatjana Kveder took over the management of ANAYA Smart Cosmetics. Tanja obtained her PhD in immunology and immunochemistry at the Faculty of Medicine and was, among other things, the co-founder and head of the Laboratory for Immunology of Rheumatism at the Clinical Department of Rheumatology, The University Medical Centre Ljubljana. Under her leadership, ANAYA products have become all-natural (paraben-free), and the entire product line was rebranded with a redesigned look and packaging (with Airless technology).

The ANAYA Smart Cosmetics team is comprised of experts, each working wholeheartedly in their respective fields. We share the belief in a holistic approach to treating people. We believe that an individual’s overall well-being emanates from everything that affects us – high quality nutrition, holistic care and a healthy living environment. With ANAYA’s unique high quality cosmetics and other company endeavors, we are fulfilling our mission: to share all of our knowledge and experience with people, for their own benefit and for the greater good of our society as a whole.
